I really, really wish I liked asparagus. Haven't found a way to prepare it where the texture doesn't totally creep me out. =)
ReplyDeleteAw! Yeah I could see how it might have that effect. Honestly roasting makes them nutty and crunchy! I would never want a canned asparagus as long as I live (stringy mush!), but fresh and crisp? Sign me up!
