Zach's Plant-Based Menu: Day #2

Meal #2: 
Whole Wheat Linguine with Braised Asparagus and Tomatoes
We decided we definitely need to buy asparagus more often! Yum!
My linguine was tossed with balsamic and spices.
Will be making again!

Dessert:
Strawberry Pie with Graham Cracker Crust  

Definitely lovin' his meals! This has been a happy week for my tummy. :)

  1. I really, really wish I liked asparagus. Haven't found a way to prepare it where the texture doesn't totally creep me out. =)

  2. Aw! Yeah I could see how it might have that effect. Honestly roasting makes them nutty and crunchy! I would never want a canned asparagus as long as I live (stringy mush!), but fresh and crisp? Sign me up!
