Welcome! My name is Lydia and I'm glad you stopped by. When I'm not juggling marriage, graduate work, teaching, church, and kitty-control with one hand, I'm sucked into updating this blog! I created it so interested, health-hungry people could share in my efforts to approach radical nutrition in a way that honors the God who made us. I've been adopting a plant-based, whole foods diet since March 2012 and I thought it might do some good to consolidate my integretion of health, faith, and stewardship in one place. Hopefully you will find some recipes, tips, meditations or resources that will prove helpful for you.
